Grand Canyon

Wow!  Words really can't describe the majesty of the Grand Canyon.  The boys became Junior Rangers, earning themselves their first National Park badges.  We had a great time exploring the southern rim with Grandma and Papa Sweet, savored some well-deserved ice cream at the end of our hike, and enjoyed campfires in the evening. 

 

We saw numerous elk, including this beautiful male near our camp...

 

I really felt like I was on the edge of the world!

 

So long, Grand Canyon!  We'll be back someday...
